General Vendor Instructions:
- Quotations must be in VND and include all applicable taxes.
- Include payment terms and a validity period of 30 days.
- Submit signed and dated quotations in PDF format on company letterhead via email.
- Also deliver a signed hard copy to the CHAI Hanoi office.

Award Type: Fixed Price Purchase Order
Note: Issuance of the RFQ does not obligate CHAI to make an award. Vendors are responsible for all quotation preparation costs.
Award Criteria:
Quotations will be evaluated based on responsiveness to the RFQ and overall value, including price and other relevant factors. CHAI may request clarifications, enter negotiations, or cancel the RFQ at its discretion.

Additional Requirements:
- Include shipping cost to Hanoi.
- Provide technical support for result interpretation and usage.
- Supplier must issue VAT invoice with correct product name and code.
- Expected delivery: 1st week of May 2025. Indicate stock status or lead time.
- Provide the following upon delivery: COA, CO/CQ, MOH import license (if applicable), import documents (airway bill, packing list, customs declaration), and Letter of Authorization (if any).
* Please note that the stated quantity may be adjusted and could increase to 4–5 packs, depending on the buyer’s requirements at the time of Purchase Order (PO) signing.
